Experience the Golden Circle at your own pace on a private tour reserved exclusively for your group. Travel in a comfortable luxury car or minivan with a professional English-speaking driver-guide, and choose a departure time between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
The itinerary can be adapted to your interests and available time, with visits to the Golden Circle’s main highlights, including Þingvellir National Park, the Geysir geothermal area, Gullfoss Waterfall and Kerið crater. A stop at Friðheimar Tomato Farm may also be included, subject to opening hours and availability.

Thingvellir National Park is one of Iceland’s most important historical and geological sites. Here, travelers can walk between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates and learn about Alþingi, Iceland’s historic parliament, founded in 930. The stop also offers excellent views across the rift valley and surrounding landscape.

Known around the world for its power and beauty, Geysir gave its name to geysers everywhere. Nearby, the highly active Strokkur erupts every few minutes, sending hot water up to 30 metres into the air. You will also have time in the Geysir area to purchase lunch, refreshments or snacks.

Gullfoss is one of Iceland’s most spectacular waterfalls. The powerful Hvítá River plunges in two stages into a dramatic canyon, creating impressive views from several nearby viewing platforms. Travelers will have time to walk to the main viewpoints and experience the waterfall up close.

Friðheimar Tomato Farm offers a unique look at Icelandic greenhouse farming, where tomatoes are grown year-round using geothermal energy. Kerið is a striking volcanic crater lake formed around 6,500 years ago. Travelers can view the vivid red volcanic slopes and blue-green lake from the rim, with the option to walk partway around the crater or descend toward the water, depending on conditions and available time.
