About this experience
Discover Iceland’s iconic Golden Circle on a private day ride with hotel pickup and an English-speaking driver-guide. Begin at Þingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where you can walk between tectonic plates and explore dramatic lava fields. Continue to the Geysir Geothermal Area, where Strokkur erupts every few minutes amidst steaming pools and colorful terrain. Next, marvel at the mighty Gullfoss Waterfall, its double cascade plunging into a rugged canyon. Optionally, relax in the Secret Lagoon, a natural hot spring away from the crowds (entry not included). Enjoy a scenic drive through Haukadalur Valley and past Laugarvatn Lake, with charming farms and peaceful landscapes. With a flexible itinerary, this customizable 8-hour tour blends history, geology, and natural beauty—perfect for photographers, nature lovers, or anyone wanting an authentic Icelandic experience.
