Know before you go

• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Minimum age of 8, and minimum shoe size of EUR 35
• Sturdy hiking boots with ankle support are mandatory (available to rent for a fee if needed)
• No prior experience is required, however, guests should be prepared to hike ~6km over uneven terrain with moderate elevation changes
• Please note that our specialized glacier crampons are only available for shoe sizes 35-50 EU. Those with a shoe size beyond these are unfortunately unable to participate.
